Jason is a chartered accountant and partner in Deloitte’s Audit and Assurance practice. He has over 25 years’ professional experience providing audit, assurance and accounting advisory services both in the United Kingdom and Australia; most recently to large listed companies in the Energy, Resources and Industrial sectors. Jason has a particular interest in sustainability related financial reporting and has advised some of Australia’s biggest emitters as they have sought to respond to growing demand for increased and more transparent disclosures in relation to climate change and other ESG related risks. Jason is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a Registered Company Auditor.
