Graeme has 28 years' experience as a PwC audit partner, retiring as partner in 2017. He subsequently served as an Executive Director at PwC focusing on independence, conflicts and audit quality matters, retiring from this position in late 2024.
Graeme has experience in audit and assurance standard setting, having served as a committee member and then Chair of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants Professional Standards Board. Graeme also chaired the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Trans-Tasman Audit Advisory Committee. Graeme has a passion for ensuring a high-quality audit profession and is the current chair of the Sustaining the Audit Profession Working Group. Graeme is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
