Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidance for Auditors
To supplement the AASB-AUASB Joint FAQ publication already released the AUASB has also developed and published a series of additional COVID-19 related Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). These additional FAQs are intended to provide more in-depth guidance than the AASB–AUASB Joint FAQ on specific scenarios which auditors, directors, audit committee members, chief financial officers and other stakeholders may face when evaluating and responding to the audit implications arising as a result of the pandemic. The AUASB will continue to issue FAQs to address additional common scenarios and case studies that arise.
